Jennifer Raab has been a part of the higher education landscape for over a decade, working in admissions, recruitment, communications, marketing, and training. Fluent in both WebAdMIT and EMP, she has experience using the software as a client and Liaison employee. She primarily creates content for Liaison Academy, such as eLearning, training workshops, instructional videos, and various outreach campaigns, such as promotional emails and newsletters. She earned her master's degree in marketing communication from Temple University.
