Amanda Courtney is a TargetX veteran who has spent 9 years as a member of the TargetX Support team and 16 years in Enrollment Management. Her background in Admissions and as a System Administrator gives her a unique perspective in addressing diverse client needs. Amanda specializes in helping clients make the most of their TargetX and Salesforce systems to achieve their recruitment goals.
Certified as a Salesforce System Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant, Amanda uses her technical expertise and process evaluation in her current role as Manager for Client Support to support the team that supports clients and helps clients receive the exceptional support they expect.
She has been honored with awards such as the 2020 TargetX Support Person of the Year and the 2023 Liaison Culture and Spirit Award, recognizing her exceptional service and leadership.
Amanda is a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, and has been married to her husband, Joe, for 19 years. She is a self-proclaimed Disney fanatic and when not at her desk, she spends most of her time learning Taekwondo with her daughters, Madilyn (14, 2nd degree Black Belt) and Emily (6, Green Belt).
