Philip joined the Alabama Community College System in 2022 after almost 11 years at the University of Montevallo, a public four-year institution in Alabama. He has extensive experience in student recruitment, admission operations, CRM implementation, and maintaining admission policies and procedures. Since joining ACCS, his primary focus has been assisting all 24 ACCS colleges with effectively adopting and utilizing the communication tools within TargetX. Philip's current role also entails collaborating with ACCS colleges to provide guidance and insight on maximizing existing resources to positively impact enrollment. While the majority of his experience comes from the four-year side of higher education, he champions two-year institutions.
