Jeff Shpunt is currently Manager of Digital Strategy at Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) and has been with the university for going on 20 years now. Nearly half of his tenure (10+ years) has been dedicated to driving the institution's Salesforce/TargetX CRM initiatives. Extremely passionate about web development, Jeff has been designing and developing websites for nearly 30 years. Lover of fine wine and the music band Nirvana.
