Sarah currently serves as the CRM System Project and Training Specialist for the recruitment instance of Salesforce at WMU.

Sarah is the trainer and business analyst for 700+ end users with a passion for revitalizing legacy processes to solution challenges of today. Sarah spent 10 years in university admissions and enrollment management, where she specialized in undergraduate recruitment strategies.
In her free time, Sarah is a full-time graduate student pursing her doctorate in Educational Leadership, wife, bonus mom to five young adults, dog mom, recreational soccer coach, and home renovation enthusiast.
