As part of Year Up’s digital transformation, Jacinda incorporates UX, Human Centered Design Thinking and a product-driven development approach in an Agile/Lean framework to optimize enrollment operations and improve outcomes for Opportunity youth. KPI results have consistently proven that this optimizes enrollment outcomes and significantly improved student experiences. Jacinda also works closely with solution architects and development teams to design and deliver incremental value within a lean Agile framework.
