Ryan Gregg, B.A. Political Science, Boise State University ('14), is a Senior Premier Services Client Success Specialist at Liaison/TargetX. A Salesforce, FormAssembly and TargetXPert certified administrator, Ryan's professional journey began at the University of New Mexico, an R1 and Hispanic-serving institution, where he honed his skills as a CRM administrator implementing the TargetX tools before joining the team in 2020.

Throughout his career Ryan has been deeply involved in the entire student lifecycle. Inspired to pursue this work because of his time as a student leader, his hands-on experience with the challenges that face both students and institutions of higher education has equipped him with invaluable insights into what truly works to support students' progress toward their educational goals.

As part of the Premier Services team at TargetX, Ryan works to ensure that client CRM systems and TargetX tools are not just functional but optimally configured to meet the unique needs of each institution. His commitment to leveraging education as a powerful equalizer drives his passion for fostering meaningful relationships with clients, aiming to impact students' lives positively through strategic technological support.

Away from the office, Ryan can be found enjoying life in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with his husband and their beloved pets, Athena, a German Shepherd, and Cooper, a Siamese cat. Ryan believes in the transformative power of education and is dedicated to making it accessible and effective for all.
