Katharine Reinhart, M.Litt., M.A., is a Client Services Engineer for Liaison/TargetX, and has spent the past twenty years of her career in various fields of secondary and higher education. Since 2015, Katharine has worked for TargetX, and then Liaison, specializing in CRM support with a particular emphasis on the TargetX suite of communications tools.
With her career history in a number of educational fields of historical education, educational research, secondary teaching, international education and study abroad, and educational technology, Katharine has amassed a breadth of knowledge and experience that informs her commitment to client success regardless of location or circumstances.
When she’s not fixing problems with clients’ email or answering questions about best practices in CRM usage, Katharine can be found in her home in suburban Philadelphia with her husband, son, and two cats.
