Description
Repurposed & Recycled Recruitment (R & R) is a graduate enrollment strategy that involves leveraging existing institutional resources, data, and relationships to meet recruitment goals. Instead of relying solely on new marketing efforts or expansive campaigns, R & R strategies involve leveraging what an institution already possesses—such as student data, alumni networks, internal processes, and brand loyalty—to drive graduate enrollment efforts. This panel will explore successful R & R strategies. Examples include re-engaging prior applicants, utilizing undergraduate leads, and leveraging family data. These low-cost, high-impact tactics show how institutions can effectively boost enrollment by tapping into resources already at their disposal. Join Gem pros, Renee Barton of Georgetown BGE, Alyssa Orlando of Clark University, Tom VerDow of East Tennessee State University and Jack Klett of Liaison, as they offer insight into data-driven decision-making, survey utilization, and long-term communication flows. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas to apply R & R techniques, increasing enrollment efficiency without high marketing costs.
