Dr. Alyssa Orlando is the Senior Director of Graduate and Professional Enrollment at Clark University, where she leads recruitment and admission strategy for master’s and doctoral programs. With over a decade of experience in graduate enrollment management, she focuses on building efficient, student-centered systems—especially for international and nontraditional populations. Alyssa holds a Ph.D. in Leadership in Education from UMass Lowell, where her research examined bias in holistic admission processes. She’s also a proud alum of Boston College and Ithaca College. Currently serving as President of the New England Association of Graduate Enrollment Management (NEGAP), Alyssa received the NAGAP Future Leader Award in 2024. She’s passionate about advancing access, transparency, and system-driven practices in graduate recruitment. When not knee-deep in enrollment data, you can find her directing powerlifting meets, chasing her toddler, or plotting her next caffeine fix.
