This session will explore how the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) collaborated with the Liaison Outcomes implementation team to create a connected network of student engagement. By integrating multiple Outcomes instances, UNMC developed a central front door for prospective students while allowing individual schools and programs to maintain separate access for communication and applicant nurturing. Attendees will gain insights into how UNMC leveraged native Outcomes functionality, without requiring technical expertise, to enhance the student funnel, share data, and utilize the Outcomes Student Portal to drive prospects toward applying. Through the lens of their Welcome House, the session will highlight how UNMC prioritized change leadership, data governance, and collaboration to build a successful implementation.
