Outcomes Implementation Consultant at Liaison International. Responsible for implementing Liaison’s Outcomes Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) and Admissions Management software with our clients. Work with member colleges and universities using our Centralized Application Services (CAS) from our National Healthcare Association, Liaison Direct-to-Campus, and University-based clients, as well as our colleges and universities using Liaison’s Outcomes CRM for their Application and Student Portal. In my previous higher education experience, I held roles as Associate Director of Admissions Operations and Graduate Admissions and CRM Business Analyst. Across these roles, I was responsible for the Graduate Admissions CRM strategy, development, and adoption, led the CRM Governance Team, and monitored and troubleshot integration configurations with our Student Information Systems (SIS).
