As an Outcomes Implementation Consultant at Liaison, Lyndsey is responsible for implementing Liaison's Outcomes CRM and admissions management software with our clients. She works with member colleges and universities from Liaison's national healthcare association, direct-to-campus, and university-based clients using Centralized Application Services (CASs) as well as with colleges and universities using Liaison's Outcomes CRM for their application and student portals. In her previous higher education experience, she held roles as Associate Director of Admissions Operations and Graduate Admissions, as well as CRM Business Analyst. Across these roles, she was responsible for graduate admissions CRM strategy, development, and adoption; led the CRM Governance Team; and monitored and troubleshot integration configurations with our Student Information Systems (SIS).
