Philip serves as the Director of Strategic Enrollment for the Alabama Community College System. He joined ACCS in 2022 after nearly 11 years at the University of Montevallo, a public four-year institution in Alabama. He has extensive experience in student recruitment, admissions operations, CRM implementation, and the development and maintenance of admissions policies and procedures. Since joining ACCS, Philip has supported all 24 community colleges in effectively adopting and utilizing communication tools within TargetX. In his current role, he collaborates with colleges across the system to provide guidance and insight on maximizing existing resources to positively impact enrollment.
