Lauren Speerhas has worked in higher education for over 11 years with experience in new student initiatives for undergraduate enrollment, professional advising, and student success and retention, including serving as the associate director of the center for student success at Robert Morris University. In her current role as a Client Success Director for Othot she supports colleges and universities in leveraging predictive analytics to achieve their enrollment, retention, and graduation goals.
