LaKeshia Jones Foushee is Vice President of Operations at City Year, Inc., working to support organizational strategy design and implementation for the Corps Talent Acquisition Team. In her role, she develops and communicates vision while at the same time creating and project managing the execution of that vision. LaKeshia has served at City Year for over 11 years and in that time has lead work ranging from fundraising, human resources, talent management, to financial management. Prior to her current role, LaKeshia served as Organizational Readiness Manager project managing large organization change initiatives including the shift to TargetX. LaKeshia serves as an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Social Work where she holds a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Management, Community, and Policy Practice from and certificates in Nonprofit Management and International Development.
