Carissa Brown is the Data Systems Specialist for Simon Scholars Program. She has been the lead in implementing Salesforce and TargetX in the organization as well as oversees all data and reporting needs. Before joining the Simon Scholars team in 2021, she had more than 5 years of experience in data and operations in educational and non-profit spaces. Carissa’s expertise is in developing systematic processes that simultaneously support personnel and generate quantifiable results.
