In 2023, City Year, a national service program that unites young adults from diverse backgrounds for a year of full-time community service, piloted new programming for its members in select cities. This session will share the data-driven decision-making process that led to the pilot’s launch, detailing how City Year leveraged the Application Forms tool of Liaison TargetX along with Salesforce Flows to enhance both the student and staff experience.
