Since its inception in 2019, the Liaison Centralized Application Service (CAS) Application Programming Interface (API) has become an essential tool for schools, partners, and other Liaison products to seamlessly integrate with the CAS platform. The introduction of event-driven data delivery has enabled institutions to efficiently establish outbound data integrations with minimal IT intervention. However, the capability to reciprocally write application-related data back into the CAS platform was notably absent until now. This session will unveil a new suite of granular CAS APIs designed to ‘jumpstart’ an application from an external platform. Attendees will experience a live demonstration showcasing the jumpstart use case, including creation of the applicant CAS account, selection of programs, and population of different quadrants and sections in the application.
• Attend this session to witness firsthand the capabilities of the new CAS APIs in action.
• Expect to gain a clear understanding of how these tools can streamline your application processes, from account creation to program selection and beyond.
• Discover how to leverage APIs to simplify and enhance the application journey for your applicants, ensuring a seamless integration experience that benefits both your institution and your prospective students.
