David serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs and Institutional Advancement at Washington State College of Ohio, bringing over 16 years of expertise in higher education. In this role, he has led transformative initiatives, including “VIP Admissions” and “Free College,” which have expanded student awareness and accessibility, recently resulting in a 7% increase in annual enrollment. With a strong background in leadership roles, David has held positions such as Executive Director of Admissions and High School Relations at Lakeshore Technical College in Wisconsin, Director of Enrollment Services at Kankakee Community College in Illinois, and Academic Advisor at the University of North Texas. Passionate about a student-centered mission, he excels in team collaboration, strategic planning, and implementing meaningful organizational changes that foster growth and access. Residing in Marietta, Ohio, David holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in School Counseling from Governors State University, and is currently ABD in a PhD program in Higher Education Administration at Illinois State University
