Dr. Jennifer Jackson has over 15 years of experience working within higher education, and is the Executive Director of Academic Advising at Lake-Sumter State College. In her current role, Dr. Jackson is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and assessment of all advising programs and services that support the academic success and retention of students. Throughout her career, Dr. Jackson has been passionate about fostering a supportive environment for students at all stages of their academic journey. She has worked across various higher education institutions, where she has been instrumental in developing and implementing advising frameworks that enhance student engagement, promote academic success, and facilitate degree completion.
