Ashley currently serves as a Client Success Director at Othot, where she partners with campuses to translate predictive analytics into actionable strategies for recruitment, yield, and retention. In this role, she collaborates closely with cross-functional campus teams to align insights from Othot's models with on-the-ground outreach, communication flows, and student support initiatives. Before joining, Ashley served as Director of Enrollment Services at The Ohio State University at Marion, leading recruitment, admissions, outreach, and financial aid efforts for a regional campus of one of the nation's largest public universities. In that capacity, she oversaw initiatives to expand access for first-generation and regional students, strengthen community partnerships, and enhance the student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
