Beth Binder is the Director of Admissions at Mid Michigan College, where she leads strategic enrollment management efforts focused on access, student success, and sustainable growth. With nearly 15 years of experience in higher education, Beth brings a systems-level approach to admissions operations, recruitment strategy, and student-centered communication.

Beth has led initiatives including direct-admit programs, adult learner re-engagement campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts designed to reduce barriers and improve enrollment outcomes. She is particularly passionate about using CRM tools to create clearer pathways from inquiry to enrollment and to better serve underserved and adult students.

Beth is a two-time Central Michigan University alumna. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two busy boys and married to a software architect.
