Arminta Johnson is Associate Vice President at Lake-Sumter State College, where she leads strategic enrollment and financial aid initiatives with a strong focus on system integration and process improvement. With 20 years of financial aid experience in Florida state colleges, she brings a practitioner's perspective on aligning enrollment strategy, financial aid operations, and technology to support student success. She holds an RNL Certificate in Enrollment Management and is currently pursuing her Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership. Arminta managed the TargetX implementation at Lake-Sumter State College, maximizing the institution's use of the platform to its full capacity. A frequent conference presenter, she is passionate about using data and systems to create efficient, student-centered enrollment experiences.
