Heather Owen is the CRM Specialist at Lurleen B. Wallace Community College, where she leads the administration, strategy, and optimization of its CRM platform. She manages system maintenance, develops targeted outreach campaigns, builds reports and dashboards, and supports cross-departmental collaboration to improve recruitment, enrollment, and student engagement.

Heather has been with LBWCC since 2006, serving as Director of Student Recruitment and later as CRM Administrator beginning in 2021, before transitioning to her full-time CRM Specialist role in 2025. She previously worked at Troy University as Coordinator of Recruitment from 2001 to 2006.

She holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in management from Troy University.
