Jill Preuninger serves as the Director of Enrollment Management at Bevill State Community College and the institution's lead TargetX administrator. She oversees the CRM's configuration, automation, communication flows, and user support, ensuring the system effectively drives recruitment, application processing, and student engagement. Jill partners closely with Public Relations and Recruiting to align messaging, streamline processes, and strengthen data-driven outreach strategies. In addition to CRM leadership, she provides support for key student services technologies and collaborates across departments to evaluate and enhance processes that advance enrollment growth, retention, and student completion. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and a master's degree from the University of West Alabama and has 17 years of experience in higher education.
