Liaison Lounge is an open, informal gathering space where attendees can socialize with peers and Liaison staff throughout the event. During specific 45- or 60-minute time slots, Liaison's executive leadership team will be available for one-on-one conversation with attendees on a drop-in basis. No sign-up is required for participation.
Learning Labs are 60-minute sessions led by product specialists who will take questions from attendees about how to use Liaison's products. Attendees may ask questions about specific topics—from performing a specific function to what kind of problems people commonly run into when using the product— or listen to answers to frequently asked questions.
Programming includes dedicated Learning Labs for:
- CAS and WebAdMIT
- Enrollment Marketing (EMP)
Solution Seminars are formal 45- or 60-minute presentations facilitated by peers, industry thought leaders, and Liaison's subject matter experts who will share challenges, success stories, innovations, and insights on relevant topics. A Discussion is a 60-minute presentation focusing on a single issue, challenge, or timely topic related to strategic enrollment management. Facilitators orient attendees to the topic and relevant context. These sessions typically include a brief presentation on the topic, followed by in-depth discussion and feedback.
Panel Presentations are 60-minute sessions focusing on a single issue, challenge, or timely topic related to strategic enrollment management. A panel of experts orients attendees to the topic and relevant context. These sessions typically include a panel discussion on the topic, followed by feedback from the audience.
The Demonstration is a formal 90-minute presentation on Liaison's total enrollment ecosystem approach to strategic enrollment management. This session demonstrates the total enrollment framework and showcases Liaison's Centralized Application Services (CAS), CRM, prescriptive analytics, marketing services, and search solutions. It differs from Learning Labs, which follow a question-and-answer format.
