I serve as the Director of Enrollment Operations at Concordia University Texas, and within my role, I support our university as the CRM Administrator. I have had the opportunity to work for Concordia University Texas for almost 6 years in many different departments across campus. It has been a blessing to be able to experience many areas of higher education from Student Services now to Enrollment Operations. Collaborating across departments to streamline processes within TargetX and getting to be creative while doing it is one of the highlights of being our CRM Admin!
