Paula Buban, B.A. Accounting, Augustana College, is a Product Support Specialist for Liaison/TargetX. Over the past twenty-five years, Paula has gained extensive knowledge in higher education, particularly in the areas of Admission and Financial Aid. Joining the Liaison/TargetX Support team in 2021, Paula leverages her expertise as a Certified Administrator in both TargetX and Salesforce to assist clients with inquiries, error resolution, and troubleshooting. Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time gardening, reading, listening to music, and thrifting.
