Steven Paternoster is a seasoned higher education professional with over 14 years of experience spanning recruitment, advising, admissions operations, and teaching as an adjunct professor. Throughout his career, Steven has demonstrated a commitment to leveraging technology and innovative strategies to improve the student experience and operational efficiency in higher education. Since 2019, Steven has served as the Associate Director of Admissions and CRM Administrator at Charter Oak State College which specializes in online education. In this role, he has successfully led the implementation of Salesforce and TargetX, transforming the college’s admissions processes and enhancing communication with prospective students.
