Dale Seipp has served higher education for over 30 years. He currently works at Liaison as AVP for Enrollment Management Solutions, partnering with institutions on the entire enrollment lifecycle. Before joining Liaison, Dale worked for 29 years in enrollment, marketing and financial aid at three institutions. During his seven years as Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing at Warner Pacific University, he helped the institution pivot to become the first Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) in Oregon and recognized by U.S. News and World Report among colleges in West in four categories: Best Regional College, Ethnically Diverse College, Best Value College and Social Mobility College. Dale also served as Vice President for Enrollment at George Fox University for 14 years and began his enrollment career with Linfield University. In his previous role, Dale leveraged Liaison’s Enrollment Marketing campaign services to leverage personalized, relevant, omnichannel communications with prospective students.
Dale has a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from George Fox University, as well as a B.A. (History) and M.Ed. from Linfield College.
