Anne Jessup is the Director of Data Analysis and System Management for the Graduate and Accelerated Undergraduate divisions at Point Loma Nazarene University. With over five years of Salesforce administration experience and a TargetX Administrator Certification, Anne specializes in optimizing data systems and workflows to improve institutional efficiency and student success. Since joining PLNU in 2017—and stepping into her current role in December 2020—Anne has been instrumental in bridging gaps between academics, admissions, and marketing. She has played a key role in supporting the implementation of centralized project management tools, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and developing structured problem-solving strategies that align teams toward shared goals. With over 12 years of experience in higher education, Anne has worked extensively with higher education data and systems, focusing on solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and student-centered decision-making. In her session, Anne will share insights on breaking down silos in higher education, fostering efficient teamwork across departments, and utilizing structured collaboration techniques to drive institutional success.
