Paula Owens is the Interim Director of the Academic Success Center (ASC) at Augusta University, bringing over 12 years of experience in higher education focused on student success, retention, and academic support. In her current role, she oversees tutoring, academic coaching for the Career Academic and Professional Engagement (CAPE) Clusters, managing a diverse team of professional staff, graduate assistants, and peer educators.
