Donna has worked in the higher education field for over 20 years, and with IELTS USA over 10 years. She is the Regional Manager for Business Development, Data Integrity & Technology. She works with Stakeholders in Admissions and Enrollment Management at Colleges, Universities and Secondary Schools across the Western half of the U.S. to support and educate them about IELTS. Prior to working with IELTS, Donna worked in admissions as a DSO. She worked closely with international applicants at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Donna has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Leadership and Management.
