RJ Loa is the Manager of Enrollment Communications/CRM Admin at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. While earning his degrees in communication and public administration, he held various roles in Enrollment Management and Marketing. Since 2023, he has led a campus-wide initiative to rebuild TAMU-CC's CRM (TargetX). RJ has focused on data cleanup and staff training, facilitating workshops for the admissions teams. In 2024, he completed the Liaison Academy Premier Education courses, becoming the first TargetX client to earn the TargetX Certification.
