Amanda Courtney is a TargetX veteran who has spent 10 years as a member of the TargetX Support team and 17 years in enrollment management. Her background in admissions and as a system administrator gives her a unique perspective in addressing diverse client needs. Amanda specializes in helping clients make the most of their TargetX and Salesforce systems to achieve their recruitment goals.
Certified as a Salesforce System Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant, Amanda uses her technical expertise and process evaluation in her current role as Manager for Client Support to support the team that helps receive clients the exceptional service they expect.
