This session will highlight how the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) centralized and streamlined graduate admissions using Liaison GradCAS. Learn about UTSA's successful implementation journey, including efforts to secure faculty and staff buy-in, and how first-year data supported the development of streamlined and expedited admission processes with academic partners. Presenters will share challenges encountered during the implementation, the support received from Liaison, and ongoing collaborative projects between Enrollment Operations, Recruitment, and faculty and staff in each of the university's colleges.
