In this session, attendees will learn how to use Liaison TargetX creatively to engage non-CRM licensed users and gain valuable insights into student engagement across campus. Bellevue College tracks student visits to departments like the Career Center and Veterans Resource Center through check-in forms at departmental kiosks. This helps departments understand who they are reaching and how often. Attendees will receive a step-by-step guide on designing check-ins, automating data capture, and building dashboards to visualize trends. The session will also cover how to enhance service delivery, optimize department processes, and respond proactively to campus engagement patterns.
