This session will explore the journey of incremental innovation in digitizing admissions processes for selective entry programs traditionally managed via paper. For institutions undergoing significant change, where faculty buy-in varies across programs, making the leap to a fully integrated online application system can feel overwhelming. Without leadership involvement and the right CRM resources, achieving this vision is challenging. The Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physical Therapist Assistant programs at Spokane Falls Community College (part of Spokane Colleges) successfully transitioned from a paper-based application to a fully CRM-based process in just 24 months by implementing gradual, incremental changes. Attendees will learn how small "stepping stones" helped build momentum, demonstrate success, and secure broader support for expanded digital transformation across other programs.
• Attend this session to learn how gradual changes can lead to successful digital transformation in selective entry programs.
• Expect to gain insights into how small steps can build momentum and increase faculty and leadership buy-in.
• Discover practical strategies for leveraging CRM resources to digitize admissions processes effectively and gain broader support.
