This session will highlight the experiences of a small recruitment team tasked with attracting both undergraduate and graduate students across a variety of programs. The presenters will discuss strategies for maximizing staff resources, from simple solutions, such as using generative AI, to more complex approaches, such as partnering with experts like Liaison, utilizing their Othot and EngineeringCAS tools, and hosting program-specific on-campus events. Presenters will share their successes and challenges, focusing on measuring success beyond traditional metrics like enrollment numbers. Ultimately, the session will emphasize the value of relationship-building, trying new approaches, and measuring success, even in challenging enrollment environments.
