Erika Brooks has worked in graduate medical education for nearly 15 years. As a seasoned Admissions services manager, she is passionate about improving the user experience and optimizing processes. In addition to managing CASPA, she educates PA programs on the benefits of comprehensive admissions review and onboards new PA programs to the PAEA Admissions Suite of Products. Erika also engages with Pre-PA students and Health Professions Advisors to ease anxiety around the application process and dispel any myths about the profession. She currently serves as the PAEA staff partner to the CASPA Advisory Steering Committee and assists in developing policies and procedures for CASPA. Outside of the office, Erika enjoys supporting Liverpool F.C., learning how to crochet, and traveling.
