Kristi brings over 25 years of higher education and ed tech experience to her role leading one of Liaison's Client Success teams. She began her career in college admissions, developing a passion for admissions operations and CRM strategy. Over the past eight years, Kristi has supported Liaison's CRM partners as a Client Success Director and now manages the team of nine CSDs. Having partnered with 300+ colleges and universities in her career, she's dedicated to ensuring Liaison's products and services are aligned to support each institution's goals and priorities.
