Dr. Tammy Fowler is a seasoned leader in higher education with over 30 years of progressive experience driving organizational effectiveness and adaptive leadership. Her mission centers on enriching the student experience through strategic enrollment management and student affairs practice.
Dr. Fowler's comprehensive portfolio includes expertise across all critical areas, including enrollment and student affairs, recruitment, admissions, marketing, financial aid, registrar, career development, and residence life; and in institutional leadership, Title IX administration, project management, fiscal budgeting, and human resources.
Currently, Dr. Fowler serves as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Services at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, a new strategic role she assumed in November 2024. She provides key leadership for the Offices of Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, and Pipeline Programs across both the Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Melbourne, Florida campuses. She has previously held leadership roles, including Director, Associate Dean, Associate Vice President, and Vice President, at diverse institutions, regional public, private non-profit, and for-profit universities, colleges, and medical schools in Arkansas, New York, and Memphis.
