Heather Guerrero is the Application Support Manager for the University of North Texas Admissions support team, where she plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for every prospective student. She has worked at UNT for almost 20 years and in higher ed technology for over 30 years. She leads the design, management, and support of admissions-related systems, coordinating closely with campus partners. Through her collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence, Heather helps ensure that UNT has the tools, processes, and technology needed to support students from their very first step toward becoming part of the Mean Green family.
