Keitha Pearce is the Assistant Vice President for University Systems in the Enterprise Systems Department at the University of North Texas (UNT). With 24 years at UNT and more than 30 years of experience in technology, she provides strategic leadership for the university's enterprise systems and oversees efforts to strengthen reliability, security, and innovation across the institution's technology environment.

Keitha holds an M.B.A. in Computer Information Systems/Management and is recognized for her collaborative approach, operational expertise, and commitment to advancing UNT's technology capabilities in support of its academic and administrative mission.
