Shoua Madland serves as the Director of Graduate Recruitment at Metropolitan State University, where she leads graduate admissions and recruitment efforts and drives strategic initiatives to strengthen enrollment. During her tenure, Shoua has successfully transitioned the university from the MinnState application system to BusinessCAS, GradCAS, and NursingCAS, and has overseen their integration into Slate. With more than a decade of experience in higher education, she brings a student-centered approach and a commitment to innovation in graduate enrollment management.
