North Dakota State College of Science offers a wide range of associate degrees and on-campus experiences for students across multiple locations in their area. The good work that their team was doing was held back by a cumbersome CRM and outdated marketing messages, making it difficult to achieve their goals in an increasingly competitive environment. NDSCS then partnered with Liaison to implement TargetX and launch Enrollment Marketing campaigns shortly thereafter. They have increased enrollment 7%-9% annually for the last two years, working with Liaison and coupling their own efforts with newly available assets. By using these tools and letting Liaison do the heavy lifting, the NDSCS team has been freed up to work more closely with students and strategize on other initiatives, increasing student engagement and achieving operational efficiencies.
