Bill served as chief enrollment officer at Case Western Reserve, Johns Hopkins, and Bucknell universities. In his 40 years in higher education, he has assumed multiple leadership roles in NACAC and the College Board and is a frequent presenter at conferences and meetings. Bill served as a practitioner consultant throughout his career and retired in June 2020 when he cofounded Enrollment Intelligence NOW.
