Bob served as chief enrollment officer at Johns Hopkins University, Dickinson College, and Drew University and as VP for Communication and Marketing at Lafayette College. He retired after 45 years of service in 2019. While working full-time, he took on practitioner consultant assignments in admissions, financial aid, and communications from 1993 until his retirement, serving over 25 institutions. He co-founded Enrollment Intelligence NOW In 2020.
