Holistic review broadens the lens of admissions criteria to include student cohorts that reflect societal diversity and embody a school's mission, vision, and values. Best practices for student retention can be examined from multiple perspectives, including those of students themselves. Pacific University panelists Talina Corvus, Kerry Mandulak, Leigh Schaid, Jessica Merlo, and Caroline McCarty will share findings from an intercollegiate college grant project that examined admissions processes across multiple health profession programs, faculty perspectives of holistic review, and student perspectives regarding admissions, orientation, and experiences within their programs.
